Paul Setúbal takes place in the 1ª Mostra do Programa de Exposições 2019 at Centro Cultural São Paulo. This year's judging committee featured critics and curators Bitu Cassundé, Claudinei Roberto da Silva and Paulo Henrique Silva, who evaluated 442 projects. The critic group is formed by Alexandre Araujo Bispo, André Luis Pitol, Camila Bechelany, Fabrícia Jordão, Leno Veras, Leonardo Araújo Beserra, Maira Vaz Valente and Paola Fabres.
